About Me:

My homesteading journey started when I was just eight years old. My family moved from California to Southern Utah, where I spent countless hours working in gardens, turning compost piles, and raising goats, sheep, rabbits, and chickens. I watched my mom tirelessly preserve food from our garden and nearby orchards, stocking our pantry with homegrown goodness. Those early experiences planted the seeds for my lifelong passion for self-sufficiency.

In sixth grade, I discovered another skill—sewing. What started as a simple school class turned into a lifelong talent that has allowed me to sew everything from formal wear and wedding dresses to dance costumes and clothing alterations. I’ve even sewn clothing for small online shops, refining my craft over the years.

Food storage has always been a core value in my life. There were countless times when my family relied on our reserves to feed not just ourselves but also friends and extended family. But it’s not just about food—water storage is just as essential. I’ve experienced firsthand how vital it is to have a reliable water supply, especially when unexpected circumstances, like spring run-off contaminating local water, left us without safe drinking water for weeks.

Now, I’m excited to help others on their homesteading journey. I’ll be creating digital plans, workbooks, and informational booklets to guide you in transforming your suburban home into a thriving mini homestead. For a more personalized experience, I’ll also be offering one-on-one consultations via Google Meet to help you plan and implement your homesteading goals.

I believe that self-sufficiency is possible no matter where you live, and I can’t wait to share my knowledge and experience with you!
